Luzon is a woman owned small business founded in 2006. Our vision is to be the premier provider of attractive organic jewelry. The products are made of natural shells and wood from the Philippines. They are hand-made by happy people.
Thank you for your support in 2007 and for changing the lives of children. Your purchase helped open five libraries. We will continue our Books for Kids mission and hope to help open six more libraries in 2008. We will also start a Tooth Fairy Drive to educate children to take better care of their dental health. Proceeds from our sale will help purchase toothbrush and toothpaste.
In 2006, Luzon started the Books for Kids Project. The mission is to establish libraries and to provide books to schools. A portion of the proceeds is given back to the Philippines to support the children's literacy program and to improve the quality of education in isolated islands. Our mission is small but effective. We hope that we can reach the rural communities one step at a time.
